This building is set back into the screening berm so it cannot be seen from Old Victoria and the future residential planned for the area. The height and configuration allowed for new automation for this Brampton transplant to London. The building has R40 walls and ceiling and fans to improve air circulation for the manufacturing portions of the building. Special features are the staff BBQ and picnic area, enhanced landscaping, and additional warehouse windows to reduce need for artificial lighting.
