15745 Robin’s Hill Road, is a 266,500 S.F. industrial warehouse facility built on 16.55 Acres and was Dancor’s first building built in the City of London back in 2007. This building was built in just 168 days thanks to our excellent relationship with The City of London and our Trades. A building of this size and design would usually take approximately eight to ten months. This is a two-storey building feature first and second floor office space. This building’s design features both flat and ridge precast adding to its custom appearance. 15745 Robin’s Hill Road features an impressive number of doors; over fifteen dock-level doors and four drive-in doors. The re are over fifteen knock-out panels for future drive-in door installation available in two different configurations. With 30 foot clear height, this building was custom designed for the industrial users, keeping in mind their current and future uses.
