This building was custom designed with the Tenants’ specific needs in mind, including extra security, ESD flooring, specialized humidity system and a backup generator. It has 24 foot clear height in the warehouse, and the front of the building features two stories with offices. This 30,000 S.F. building with 1 drive-in door and 3 dock doors feature jet doors in the shipping/receiving area to help regulate the temperature and humidity levels. Its exterior features lots of window with explosion proof and reflective window film. The canopy addition gives an extra touch to our tenants branding and offers great curb appeal.
