DANCOR Honoured with Two Awards at the 2025 Don Smith Commercial Building Awards

DANCOR was honoured to attend the London and St. Thomas Association of REALTORS® (LSTAR) 9th Biennial Don Smith Commercial Building Awards Ceremony, where two of our projects were recognized among the region's most outstanding developments.

We are proud to announce that Element5 – Mass Timber Manufacturing received the Industrial Award, while Project CODY was awarded the Industrial Commercial Award. These awards celebrate excellence in design, innovation, community impact, and environmental responsibility across commercial real estate projects throughout the LSTAR region.

Named in honour of the late Don Smith, co-founder of EllisDon, the biennial awards recognize the achievements of the architecture, development, and construction communities that continue to shape Southwestern Ontario.

This recognition reflects the hard work, dedication, and collaboration of our team, clients, consultants, and trade partners. We extend our sincere thanks to LSTAR and the judging panel, and we congratulate all of this year's recipients.
