15745 Robin’s Hill Road, London

15745 Robin’s Hill Road is a 266,500-square-foot industrial warehouse facility built on 16.55 acres, and was Dancor’s first project in the City of London, completed in 2007. Remarkably, construction was finished in just 168 days—less than half the typical eight to ten months—thanks to strong collaboration with the City and trades. The two-storey design includes first and second floor office space, custom precast finishes with both flat and ridge panels, over fifteen dock-level doors, four drive-in doors, and more than fifteen knock-out panels for future drive-in door installation. With a 30-foot clear height, this facility was purpose-built to support the evolving needs of industrial users.
