Originally scheduled for 290 days, Dancor completed the project in just 150 days, meeting a tight deadline. The two-storey office includes a striking curtain wall, while the precast incorporates the tenant’s corporate colors with a specialized flat blue band spanning the building, enhancing its recognizable presence in London since its completion in 2009. The facility supports London Machinery Inc.’s operations, which expanded from concrete mixing units to manufacturing garbage truck bodies, and includes fourteen drive-in doors of various sizes and two dock-level doors.
