The building features 24-foot clear heights and 38’ x 38’ bays for optimal racking, ample parking at the front, and a 160-foot tractor trailer allowance at the rear. Exceeding City of London landscaping requirements by four times, its unique design extends the front beyond the warehouse to conceal trucking and garbage enclosures, enhancing curb appeal. This facility is the sister building to 15825 Robin’s Hill Road within a 3.6-acre development.
