This building was custom-designed and constructed for the client as a fully freezer-paneled facility to maintain precise temperature control within the distribution center. The cross-dock layout includes specialized dock equipment at each door, tailored to the owner’s fleet of trucks and trailers. A mezzanine was also constructed to allow for a future second-floor office.
