Dancor designed and built a 30,000-square-foot custom office building for a century-old London and Canadian iconic company. The interior features sustainable polished concrete flooring and storm water regeneration and reduction systems, while the exterior combines precast and glazing. The central core of the building is arranged with workstations that provide staff with exterior views and abundant natural light throughout the interior. A 20,000-square-foot expansion is available to accommodate future growth.
