This 24,000-square-foot project at 219 Westcreek Drive in Vaughan, Ontario showcases Dancor’s expertise in both construction and tenant coordination. After completing the building shell, Dancor collaborated with the landlord and tenant to finish the interior, compressing a nine-week build-out into just three weeks to meet the tenant’s move-in schedule. The facility features two styles of precast: white precast highlighting the front and ribbed precast along the sides and rear.
