
This 30,000-square-foot building was custom-designed to meet the tenant’s specific needs, including enhanced security, ESD flooring, a specialized humidity system, and a backup generator. Constructed with white precast walls and a white roof deck to maximize lighting, the facility is fully temperature- and humidity-controlled, featuring a 24-foot clear height warehouse and two-story office space at the front. The building includes one drive-in door, three dock doors with jet doors in the shipping and receiving area, and extensive explosion-proof and reflective windows. A canopy addition enhances tenant branding and curb appeal, while green glazing and spandrel provide a distinctive look within the Dancor Business Park, part of a four-building, 12-acre development.
