2520 Huron Street, London

This 34,000-square-foot precast building at 2520 Huron Street was custom-designed for the Greater London International Airport Authority as their Air Cargo Facility. It includes 7,800 square feet of second-floor office space, with the first floor combining warehouse and office areas. The warehouse features a 24-foot clear height for high racking, a specialized air intake system on the tarmac side to remove airplane fumes, and a concrete taxiway apron at the rear. The facility offers 15 dock doors and 15 drive-in doors in a traditional cross-dock layout, while the front includes three shared vestibules for a sleek, modern appearance. This is Dancor’s first Air Cargo Facility, proudly developed in London, Ontario.
